2021 SpotlightPersonal Statement
Running is very important to me and my family. My father and my grandfather both ran track in high school and college, my grandpa even coached track at his old high school. I have dedicated the last 2 years of my high school career to track and getting faster. I am one of the hardest workers on my team always staying after practice to get a little extra work in. My goal is to excel in college and beyond as an elite 400m runner.

- ActivitiesI am a member of a championship robotics team at my school and helped win the Los Angeles regional competition in 2020 hosted by my team. I take German classes outside of school to keep fluent as I attended a bi-lingual school through elementary school and neither of my parents are native speakers. I am a counselor at a computer science camp for elementary school kids and a regular volunteer at Meals on Wheels in Los Angeles, California. I'm also an avid biker & rock climber.
