I have been playing softball since I was about 10 years old. Even before that I watched college softball games. I always wanted to one day be in their position. I feel that I am great team member because I always cheer my teammates on and work hard at practices and at games. Like my coach likes to say, "Once you step in between the 2 chalk lines, it's game time" and, "There's no walking on the field." These 2 statements mean that it is all about hustling and being determined. Also, I practice outside of my team practices. I do private batting lessons with my coach and do field work with my father. All in all, I feel that I am a positive, hard working player and would love to play college softball.
