I first got introduced into running the end of my Freshmen year, ever since then I've really enjoyed doing it. I started off with a 8 minute mile time and have been working up ever since. My goal is to obtain a sub 4:30 mile time and a sub 16:30 5K time by the end of my senior year.
My Sophomore Year I obtained a 4:59. I also got an 18:18.8 as my 5k time.
So Far my Junior year I've gotten a time of 17:46, It was a struggle to acclimate after moving to Colorado From California.
After being in San Diego For my whole 3 months of break, that start of my senior year was very slow but I managed to bring it back toward the end and finished my season with a 17:12.
