Jayden Perez '22 Recruiting Profile

My collegiate goals is to compete with the best of the best at the college level.  I want to win championships for a team and individually. What makes me a good candidate for your team is that I would be the most committed athlete on your team. The differences I believe I have with other recruits is that my character shows leadership. With any team I am on, I always try to make the best team chemistry with teammates. I think that if your going to have a successful year, you have to be surrounded by teammates that see you as a leader to them. Athletically I see that I have lots of potential, because of the amount of growth I have shown over just 3 years of track. With training I have shown lots of dedication, sometimes I would run at 2 a.m just to feel I had a good week of training. With academics I realize that I’m going to need to maintain good grades to see my dreams become true. That is exactly what I have done so far.
