Drew Hurelbrink '22 Recruiting Profile

I am a dedicated and focused individual that has high personal standards. I am focused on my GPA and also on being a contributor in my school and my community.  I put hard work and a high level of effort in all that I do.  Participation in three sports and other school activities while maintaining a high GPA in challenging course work is my goal for high school. 

Participating in sports has been a passion of mine since I can remember. I participate in football, baseball, track, basketball and golf. Track has always been my passion and a sport that comes naturally to me. I participate in the 4X200, 4X400 and High jump where I hold our middle school record. I placed first in the state of Illinois class 1A in 7th grade and second in 8th grade. I am looking forward to my high school season this year. 

I believe that team is important and a positive attitude at all times is the trait of a good leader.  In every sport win or lose, there is an opportunity to learn and grow as an athlete. I believe in striving for the best in all that I do.
