Hello, as a Junior in high school I have many plans and dreams for my future. One goal is to run competitively in college while managing to graduate with a Bachelor's degree or higher. As for high school athletic aspirations, I hope to qualify for state in both cross country and track with a 5k time of mid to low 15:00's this year. I just recently won Regionals in Seneca, IL for XC. I did make it to state as a Sophomore last year in XC. By the time I graduate in 2021, my goal is to be in the 14:00's and in the top three in the state. I believe I am a good candidate for a college team because I am very determined and competitive, hard-working, supportive of my teammates, coachable and organized. I will always give 110% without complaining. Along with these traits, what also sets me apart from other recruits is that I am always looking for new ways to improve my running, my academics, and my overall character. I am a three sport athlete and in the top of my class with a 4.53 GPA. I volunteer over thirty hours every school year in the community, and I am a respectful and caring individual. I developed a love for running many years back because of the competitiveness and the challenges that it provided me. I hope that my drive and willingness to succeed will get me into the college that fits right for me. Thank you for your time and consideration of my profile.
