If I were able to compete in the collegiate level then my goals for that would be to get 22 or 21 seconds in the 200 and 51seconds or lower in the 400. I would be a good candidate for the team because I can be a leader and also help other people while I can also still be receiving tips from other coaches and staff. I am different from other recruiters because I think it is really important to create a strong bond with the other students and coaches to let them know I am there for them and so they know that I am willing to put it all on the table. I also love to pump people up and I love to raise people's spirits and finally I just love to work for goals.
