I am a student at Flint Hills Technical College and my hopes is to transfer to a 4-Year college after the 20-21 school year and run track. I am willing to walk-on.
I truly started hurdling my Junior Year and was excited for Senior year since I had been working knowing I could cut down my time tremendously. My Sophomore to Junior year 110 hurdles I cut 2-3 seconds off my time.
Im sure that if senior year wasnt cancelled due to Covid-19 that I would of been able to improve my times more.
Practice like I play, study like it means more to me than sports, am able to recognize when I did something wrong and own up to it, will try my hardest to correct my wrongdoings and strengthen those areas. Teamwork is a big factor track, you may run alone or on a relay but its important to help all teammates and show good sportsmanship to other runners.
