My top three goals for when I begin college are as follows: 1. Push myself to achieve all that I can while I'm there. I don't want to look back and know I cheated myself by slacking or skipping out on positive opportunities for other options that ultimately didn't better me or outweigh the choice I skipped out on. 2. Not only excel in my academics but also my sport and extracurriculars. I want to embody what it means to be a student athlete and help motivate others with a good example of someone who can juggle that life. 3. Have fun while going through that new experience. I know how important it is to keep healthy balance of work and fun, and with that I want to push myself as hard as I can while making sure that while doing that, I'm able to enjoy the process and not work myself to death.
I think what makes me a standout student, athlete, and great candidate for any team is that I will work with what I'm giving to aim for the top. From my natural skill and athleticism from genetics to what outside factors there are; I choose to use all of it to my advantage and build myself every day to be better not only for myself but my team and all those around me. And not only can I perform myself, but I also am a great team player who is always ready to help others improve and be their best self.
