Personal Statement
I believe what makes me a good candidate for your team is my eagerness to learn and improve. Throughout my whole life I've always wanted to get better at whatever I was doing whether it was staying after school to improve my grades or working out to get in shape. Not only does my keenness to succeed in sports and in life make me stand out from the majority but my dedication and respect towards Track and Field also plays a key role. Despite having nothing but love for track I know it isn't my entire life and I understand that academics is just as import, so I take it very serious and it shows. Overall I believe I have a lot to offer to your team not only as an athlete but also as a person.
