2024 SpotlightPersonal Statement
during my time running I have learned that it is what I want to do for the rest of my life and it is my passion. I love track, it feels like home to me and I don't know what I would do without it and whenever I step up to the line I feel like I am on top of the world I might not be the best on the track on most of my races but I still give it my all whenever I am on the track for any race. I try my hardest in the classroom and on the track in any Case and I am mainly training for longer races like 10k['s and half marathons and trying my hardest in my training and in competition and can't wait for what the future holds for me.

- when you train you shouldn't push it every single day because you would overtrain and you wouldn't be able to race well so focus more on dynamic work and training hard but not to your fullest so then you have energy for the upcoming days of the week.
