2020 HighlightsPersonal Statement
I am a student attending the Kalamazoo Area Math and Science Center (https://kamsconline.com/kamsc/whatiskamsc.aspx ) and Parchment High School. I play three sports at my high school. I am currently coached by a former Central Michigan runner and graduate. I qualified for XC State meet individually as a freshman. After leading our team to qualify as a team for the State meet at Regionals, I received All-State honors my sophomore year (17th place) and Junior year (10th place). Even though Spring 2020 Track and Field season was canceled, I continued to run virtual races and set my PR for the 3200m. I enjoy playing basketball, hunting, and fishing, but my real passion is running. I hope to run for the college I attend.
