My Freshman year in 2019 was the first year I joined track. I wanted to try something new and I fell in love with it. I was looking forward to my Sophomore year but covid-19 hit and the season was cancelled. I was so excited for my Junior, it was the year I really wanted to push myself and see what I could do, but the season went by so fast. Now looking back I regret not training harder to get better times or better lengths, so moving forward I am never going to let that happen again. I plan to work hard all offseason and get new PR's before next season even starts.
I have always dreamed about playing a sport for a college but never thought it could come true until I looked in to it more. I have always done well in my classes and have kept my grades up to get into a good college and compete on sports teams. Now I am looking for my future in both, doing well in college and competing on their track team.
