Personal Statement
My name is Quentin Hermann and I run XC/T&F for Father Tolton Catholic Highschool. I like that this sport involves a lot of personal motivation and mental toughness which can be applied during races and training. I love being able to compete on race day and see my hard work pay off. I work extremely hard and will not stop getting better every single day. I am a great candidate for all College teams because I get along with my teammates and respect my coaches while also giving it my all. What makes me different from other recruits is that I am a very hard worker and I don't quit when a challenge is put in front of me. I am a Strong student and I work hard in the classroom. I am very personable and happy to meet new people every single day, I treat everyone I meet with great respect and acceptance. I am excited for what lays ahead of me and I am determined to keep working hard to achieve success in the future.
