Andrew Rhoades '23 Recruiting Profile

Attending a small school, in a rural area, has allowed me to participate in many sports. Currently in high school I play football, baseball, basketball, cross country and track. Being involved in many sports has taught me how to be a team player, a leader when one is needed, and the value of hard work.  The sport I am most passionate about is track. I love the sport because it is very social and I can share my love of running with other athletes. Academics are also very important in my life. I hope to continue my love for math and science in a career in engineering. I focus year round on getting the right nutrition, lots of water, and plenty of rest, so that I can compete at my best. My dream is to run track at the collegiate level. I believe I can accomplish this goal through my hard work, coach-ability, and dedication.
