My junior year I began taking track very seriously after running a 2:12 800m after my first invitational of my Junior season. Last year I played football and ran track without doing much in the off season while this year I’ve been running cross country over the summer and fall along with doing track now during the winter in order to better my times unlike I did in prior years. Although my ACT is a 27 my stem is a 31 with a 32 in math and a 30 in science. I am also a student involved in the work program who works 16-20 hours a week, along with DECA, and National Honor Society volunteering. I am very determined to compete in track and field Throughout college and I will decrease my times tremendously during this upcoming season with all of the work I’ve been putting in during the off season. I will be updating PRs as I will participate in meets over the winter. My goals are 1:59.99 800m a 45m javelin throw and a 50 second 400m dash
