Adam Holodowski '23 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is Adam Holodowski. I'm 17 years old and I'm a senior at Milford High School in Milford, NH. I'm eager to participate on a competitive Track & Field team in college, willing to race in any event any college coach would see fit. I'm a vastly versatile athlete, capable of competing in a plethora of different events ranging from sprints, to hurdles, to middle-distance, to even long distance. To me, becoming a competitive, disciplined student-athlete in college is one of my primary goals as of late. Growing up as a less fortunate, first-generation American with little to no breaks in life, I found a certain delight and love for competing in Track & Field to show what I'm truly made of. After having to attend two different middle schools and three different high schools primarily because of financial struggles, it's been a rough journey so far. However, I seriously hope to turn things around and end my hectic high school career on the highest of notes these upcoming Senior seasons. I trained the hardest I could this past autumn in only my 2nd Cross Country season to achieve a 17:30 and hope to carry the progress over to the upcoming competitions on the track. I cherish a good fight and am willing to compete against the odds to achieve incredible heights in the sport I absolutely adore, both now in high school and potentially as a college student-athlete.
