Chase runs track for the Livingston High School Track and Field team. Here, he completes in the 100-, 200-, and 400-meter sprints and long jump. He was able to achieve varsity status and break 2 school records in the 4x100m and 4x200m races. He was a part in bringing his relay to the national level. They competed in the New Balance National Track and Field Championships. He was able to help Livingston High School place 3rd in the 2021-2022 New Jersey State Sectional Championships. During the summer, Chase volunteered at a Speed and Agility Camp. Here, he helped kids ages 7-13, work on improving their footwork, running form, and jumping form for various events. Outside of track, Chase Wade is a Junior at Livingston High School, in Livingston New Jersey, with aspirations to one day work at NASA and in the aerospace engineering industry. Chase has always had a love for engineering and joined the F.I.R.E Robotics team in his freshmen year, which was an international robotics team centered in Livingston New Jersey. He would go on to become the Head of Logbook, which consists of managing all documentation. In his Junior year, Chase was Captain of the team and maintained his position as Head of Logbook. During his time on the team, Chase has helped bring the team to a State Championship where they placed 12th in the division. Throughout his time on the team, Chase has offered his spare time to volunteer around Livingston, working on spreading STEM knowledge and values to the youth in the form of town and club fairs, various religious schools, and coding schools in his town. Chase practices Taekwondo, competing internationally under the World Taekwondo Federation, and training under Master Jong Il Yoon, and specializing in sparring. Chase received his second-degree black belt when he was 16. Today, Chase is a Chief Staff member at Master Yoon’s Champion’s Taekwondo, where he has been teaching Taekwondo to all ages since he was 13. Chase has been formally learning Italian for 5 years and was recently inducted into the Italian Honors Society. Chase is also proficient in both Java and Python.
