Hello Coaches. My name is Dominick Katrivanos and I am extremely interested in becoming a college runner. Freshman year I started running cross country and loved it. I quit baseball and basketball so I could run. I am not the only runner in my family. My cousin also used to run in college. I think I would be a good fit for a college track team because I help all of my teammates around me. Also I am a hard worker. When I have a bad race instead of getting down on myself, I keep my head up and work harder so next race I can run a personal best. The difference between me and other recruits is that I know a lot about being a team player from baseball and basketball. Also, I respect everyone around me. I have a 94 overall average and this year (10th grade) I had a 95.38. I respect all my coaches and teammates. If they have an idea of how to change a workout or change what event I run I listen and take what they have to say and use it. I help out in the community by helping coach my 7 year old cousins track team, and being a member of National Honor Society and Habitat for Humanity. Thank you for reading my profile, I hope to talk to you in the future.
