Hello, my name is Braden. I have a lot to be thankful for but I’d have to say my handicapped uncle has taught me the most important life lesson. Never give up. After trying many sports throughout childhood and preteen age I finally found my sport, Cross Country. I started in 8th grade and still currently run. I fell in love with the sport because it was something I finally was good at. I loved the team and of course my teammates but I have to say my coach has been the most influential. Whether it’s to run faster or get better grades, she has been there all the way. I love running... period. I want to definitely run in college as well as graduate with a degree in sports medicine hopefully. I believe I’m a great candidate because I am a pleaser. I want to be better and do better always. I have never let my teammates down and never will. I’m super excited about my future and can’t wait to be a successful student-athlete in college.
