My goal as a college athlete is to have the opportunity to have a positive impact on the team and the college environment. I handle academics really well with being an athlete, right now I'm holding a high GPA while being a three-season athlete. I'm always trying to better myself as an athlete through diet/nutrition and exercise. My aspiration in college is to study to be a high school teacher. While being in athletics in college would help me stay focused on my future. Along with sports, I do extracurricular clubs like Masterminds (trivia team), I did band from 6th grade to 10th. I could no longer fit it into my academic schedule due to conflicts with my higher-level classes. Running is a big part of my life both competitively and leisurely. It's important to me because I've had the ability to find a lot of success running in school.
