My running career started in the 7th grade when I won my first race as a middle schooler in the 800m race. Since then, I have been devoting both time and effort to improve. Through my hard work and determination, I was able to compete at Penn Relays for a 4x400 relay as well as attend the New York State meet, as an alternate, where my team placed 2nd in the 4x800 relay. When I reach that final stretch you can always count on me to finish strong. I feel obligated to support my team both on and off the track. There is never a time when I won’t give a race my all.
Since Elementary School, I have lived in 4 different countries and gone to 5 different schools. Throughout High School, I was able to maintain a high GPA. I have also been able to achieve the rank of Eagle Scout in the Boy Scouts of America program. I hope to be able to join a track team that shares my determination to improve. To find a college that is willing to support me and my future team to become the best we can be.
