Participating in both football and track and field at the high school level have strengthen both my work ethic and my character as a whole. To me playing sports are an encapsulation of life, with success only coming after much preparation and hard work. It's because of these reasons that I would like to continue my athletic career into college to further test me and push my body and mind to their full potential. Some characteristics that make me a good candidate to participate in collegiate track and field are my high motor and work ethic, i'll always come to practice, or any kind of a team event with the overall goal of bettering myself and being the best possible athlete I can in mind. I am looking for a school with a strong business program as that is a field I am interested in studying, i'd also like to find a school with a solid track and field program that could provide me with the proper coaching and facilities that I lacked throughout my high school career. If i end up finding a school that is a good fit for me all around, I believe it will help me challenge myself both on and off the track and help better myself in the long run.
