I just completed my 2022 Spring Track season for my HS, OLSH and achieved a WPIAL #1 Rank and championship for the 110mH. I went on to States at the PIAA event in Shippensburgh, PA and finished 5th overall.
As a Sophomore and completed my indoor season with my PR in 60mH of 8.72 ranking me #5 for the state of PA. This ranked me #12 for my grade Nationally. I competed on my 2021 Spring Track HS team in the 110mH, 300mH, 200m, 400m,4x100mRelay, 4x400mRelay and Long Jump. My freshman 2020 season was cancelled due to covid.
I train 5-6 days per week and focusing this year of building muscle through weight training in addition to my track team training. I supplimented specialized training by enrolling at the IMG Academy in Bradenton FL.
Three letters that drive/define me... DDD (desire/dedication/determination).
My goals from short term to long term include Conference champion this year and setting new school records for OLSH, then qualifying for states and continuing this summer to compete in local/national meets. I will build my career accomplishments/stats to a National rank and into a D1 college career. My desired colleges are in South, West states with great track reputations. USATF member.
