Jayvion Johnson '22 Recruiting Profile

My name is Jayvion Johnson, I am apart of class 2022. Currently, I am a Sophomore at Cane Bay High School in Summerville, South Carolina. I have an overall 3.0 core GPA and have maintained A’s and B’s throughout this school year. My goal is become NCAA compliant by the end of my Junior year and graduate with an 3.5 or better GPA. I have ran in almost every race there is and have developed a great loving for the sport of track and field . I have primarily been focusing on the 100/200 since reaching high school but the 400m is becoming my new favorite.  I am a student of the sport, a great teammate and a leader on and off of the field. I am passionate about self development and the investments that I make in myself; and I believe that diligence and determination will translate to everything that I do in life. Ultimately, I am looking to major in Sports Medicine and graduate with a degree and enjoy playing running track at the next level.
