Braden Cox '23 Recruiting Profile

Hello my name is Braden Cox and my main passion is Track and Cross Country.  Another passion of mine is art.  I went to state in it for my school in the VASE competition, and I am a selling commissioned artist as well. My current interest for a career path and major is Art and business, and I have had straight A’s in advanced classes for my entire school career. I currently run Cross Country as a Junior at Bandera High School in Bandera, Texas and will run Track as well when it is in season. I have been running both sports since 7th grade, as well as playing basketball. I am a Varsity member on my state qualifying team, and my current PR’s are a 16:34 in the 5K, 4:37 in the mile, and a 10:35 3200, but I get faster with every race, and I am not satisfied yet. I would be a good candidate for your college because I have been told I am very coachable, I am dedicated, I am respectful, and I am a leader.
