I have goals for both on and off the field. I want to go to college and major in business entrepreneurship because I feel that I would have self fulfillment being my own boss and being motivated and working hard for what is mine every single day. I want to be a living proof that anything is possible if you put in the work for it. My collegiate goals for track and field is to win the NCAA National Championships and be All American first team eventually going to the Olympics and have the fastest time in the world. My first 800 m run was timed at 2:21 as a freshman placing me 3rd overall. I have been working to improve my time but our season was cut short due to COVID - 19.
I am a great candidate to be on anyone's team is because I am a determined person and going to give it all I have, and never give up and actually listen to my coaches. What makes me different from my peers is that I am 100% committed and focused on the goal that we set out to do. I do not play around about my future. I work hard and all of my coaches view me as coachable because I listen to their feedback and work to improve my performance. Most importantly, I put school first which is why I have a 3.3 GPA as a freshman so they never have to worry about me dropping out due to grades..
