Robert Monticone III '12 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is Robert Monticone. I'm currently a senior at Americas H.S located in El Paso TX. This passed year I was gifted enough to make it to regionals for track and for swimming. I'm 6'1 currently 150lbs my 40m time is a 4.5 as of last year. I'm a 400meter runner along with the 800 and 200. I'm wanting to attend a D1 four year univ. so a big campus is fine. I recently competed in the Junior Olympic Regional/National championships to run the 800 meter dash and I ran a 1:58.34 at the regional meet in Alburquerque NM. My main focus is in track and my goal is to someday go to school for free and make the Olympics. My desired major is Kinesology but it may change as I begin my freshman year. I work hard and I'll do what it takes to succeed in the classroom and on the track.
