I've been a runner since I was tiny. I've always known my speed was different than others, coming from a fast family I would always push myself to be better than them. I love that feeling of winning a race for my team or a single event. Knowing that I'm able to carry them the distance. I may not be the vocal leader, but I will always show by example. I've done it in football and track for the past 5 years I've been involved in school sports. It's who I am, to make others around me wanna win or become better. Whenever you can show one athlete what it's like to win, that becomes their only goal. Nothing can beat the feeling of smoking someone in a race. Pure speed like a horse racing, all power and technique. Running isn't just running in a straight line either, it's the form of getting out of your blocks, perfecting your rotational movement in the legs to get all the power you can while still spending no time on the ground. Running isn't as easy as other people think, but it takes everything you've got every race, unless your Usain Bolt.
