Alexis Cruz '21 Recruiting Profile

    My name is Alexis Cruz.  I always put my everything into the things that I do. I try to wake up every morning with a smile on my face and determined to take on any challenges. I make sure to push myself in the classroom and the track. I never give up no matter how many times I fall down. I do all this for my family. We have ran into many financial problems in the past and I have seen my parents work themselves down to the bone over and over again. I want my family to have better and that's why I keep trying. I do everything I can to make sure that my grades are perfect and even though I have bumped into many walls during my time running, I am still passionate and I can improve. With everything I have said, I hope to match with the right college that can keep pushing me physically and mentally. I hope to improve myself and make my family proud.
