My collegiate goals and aspirations consist of getting to further my running ablity and getting to represent my team to the best of my ablity. I feel that my hard work, determination and constant push to never be satisfied with what I have accomplished so far makes me a great candidate for your team and helps me stand out from other athletes in my field of competition.
When I started running I never knew I would grow to fall in love with it. I grew up running road races around my home town and I soon realized that this was definitely for me. As soon as I was able I joined the cross country and track team where I really started to find out what the sport was all about. I quickly caught on and started to get very competitive.
As I rose in the competitive level my dedication to the sport grew dramatically and it did not take long at all for me to climb up the ranks and get to compete at the varsity level my freshman year. Looking back, if I would have never started running I honestly don't know where I would be today. Running and competing have now become who I am and what I love to do.
