My whole high school career I have battled adversity such as covid, injurys and false starts. I am a strong minded athlete who has competed through adversity because I was determined to finish the season. I competed my sophomore year of highschool with a broken arm and still qualified at regionals. I was determined to do my best despite my injury. I love being involved in something bigger than just myself. I enjoy being on a team and not only focusing on myself but encouraging my teammates to be the best version of themselves. I'm excited to see what the future of track and field looks like for me.
