January 2020Personal Statement
I have played football on JV and Varsity (2 years) and participated in track for 6 years (2 years Varsity) and hopefully many more years to come. I placed 3rd in district discus in the spring of 2019 to advance to area. I enjoy throwing the discus, the shot put and would love to throw the hammer but I have had no formal training.
I am an Eagle Scout and have earned additional palms. I earned the academic all district award as a Varsity Football player. I have earned the service award for my volunteer work through student council. (volunteered over 160 hours)
I would like to continue volunteering in college and continue to be a role model for others while pursuing my dream of becoming an Engineer while participating in college athletics.
