I would bring a good work ethic and leadership to the sports and in the classroom. I would lead by example, not just by words. I’m coachable, and I listen to coaches and teachers. I ask questions to understand what I'm doing if I don’t know something. I always want to learn and become better every day. My goals in track are focused on becoming better every day. Winning is not everything that matters. It's that I go 100% in what I do. So, if I race and don't get the outcome I want, I know that I left it all out on the track and couldn't have worked any harder.
