Lucas Graham '12 Recruiting Profile

My name is Lucas Graham and I run cross country and track at Northwest Christian H.S. in Lacey Washington where I am a Junior. I competed in select soccer and select basketball for years and have been been running competitively since fifth grade. I was state champion in my division in cross country as a sophomore, and I currently rank first in the 800, 1600, and 3200 meter distances (divisionally) in my state. I am interested in competing in college at a level that will challenge me, preferably in a Christian environment. I am looking for a university the will help prepare me for a career in physical therapy. As the youngest of four children, my parents are private Christian School educators with very limited resources. While they've worked hard to provide a private school education for me, my goal is to fund my own college education through an athletic scholarship as well as other scholarships and grants I can earn. I am a highly competitive person and look forward to contributing to my team's success at the next level. Wherever I end up I intend to work hard in the classroom and on the field of competition.
