Ryan Thieme '20 Recruiting Profile

Competing in sports has long been something that I have been driven to do. My passion for it stems not only from the competition aspect, but also from what comes with that. For me, this has been the ability to build myself as an individual. Using the skills that I have developed in cross-country, track, and nordic skiing, I have been able to accomplish great things. This has allowed me to see the value of hard work and dedication. My accomplishments do give me a sense of pride, but also leave me with a hunger to achieve more. This hunger makes me an individual who is willing to do what it takes to be my best. I aspire to work with my teammates in such a way that allows for us to unlock our fullest potential. This is something that I wish to do not only on the athletic platform, but in the classroom as well. I am fully committed to doing my best in the next two years of my high school career and am looking forward to bringing that same drive to the next level. I am excited for the future and the process to get there.
