Chris Marcell '26 Recruiting Profile

In college, I would like to continue throwing discus, while getting a degree of some sort. My goals are to be among the best in the nation, and to fulfill my dream of being a professional discus thrower. I am a hard worker, I will put the extra time in to get better, and I'm willing to do whatever it takes to reach my goals. What makes me different is I am someone who wants to be the best I can be in athletics, academics, and my character. I want to be a good representative of the school I go to and the city I live in. I also want to lead not just myself, but others down the same path of being committed to being the best we can be, and be great representatives of our program.
