I have been playing volleyball for 10 years and have fallen in love with the sport. I place a high value on team coherence as well as having a strong relationship with my coach. For me, having a structured and healthy relationship is crucial to success for my team because it allows the whole team to play better and as one. I also believe a relationship with my coach is important to not only my personal improvement, but team communication and fluidity will be strengthened through the relationship with our coach. I have always been a "team first" player and constantly search for ways in which I can improve my team through my actions, on and off the court.
