Hello coaches,
Thank you for taking the time to read my profile. Also, here is a link to my Youtube channel showing current game play. I would be honored for you to take a look.

If I had to describe myself as a player, I would say that I am a great communicater, an aggressive hitter, flexible player and my teammates' biggest fan. I believe this because being a catcher is a position where you have to be a leader to let everyone know what to do and support your team when it gets tough. Being a communicater isn't yelling "hey, I like that kid" or "let's go" all the time, I believe it needs to be situational and accountable. I think aggressive because even when I'm not playing my primary position or I might not be having a good day, I remind myself to be confident and stay mentally and physically aggressive because that's what my team needs me to do. I feel that I am inspirational, because I feel that I need to be my teammates biggest fans. I need to be their biggest fans, because if they're having a bad day it's important to let them know you're there for them and if you're having a bad day, you'll have them as your biggest fans. Also at the end of the day, it's all about being coachable so you can get better everyday to better the team and yourself, having a good attitude, having fun and loving this game, because if you don't love what you're doing, why do it?
When I get into college, I want to earn a solid education, but also be able to play softball. Speaking of education and academics, I find school very important because it sets you up for the rest of your life. That's why I work very hard to maintain an average 4.0 GPA. There have been a few times when my coach needs me to play for their other team, but I have had to turn them down because I have to get it done in the classroom first.
Well, thank you very much for reading this and I look forward to hearing from you. I hope you have a good day! :) Sincerely, Kahlia
