Tommy Bieker '22 Recruiting Profile

Hello,

I am looking to be recruited by a collegiate team that wants a hard working, dedicated, solid volleyball team player. What makes me stand out over other recruits is my commitment to the game and the want to improve.  My high school coach has always said I am "a coaches dream" since I listen to coaching and am eager to learn how to better my performance from each and every practice and game.  I take hard feedback seriously and do all I can to improve from it. 

Volleyball is all about teamwork and I encourage and uplift teammates when they are not performing at their best but also celebrate with them when they have a solid game.  Volleyball is where I feel most comfortable with myself.  My teammates say I have a positive attitude no matter what is happening with our team.
