Since I have been able to stand on my own two feet, I have been involved in a sport of some description, whether it be my first love of soccer or T-ball when I was 5. For most of my life though, my two main pursuits were soccer and basketball. I've played on multiple teams throughout the years traveling to cool places and meeting even cooler people. Over the summer I was playing in an AAU basketball tournament in Las Vegas, while there it was suggested by some coaches and players that I look into volleyball. I'm pretty open to new sports so I said sure and gave it a try. I decided to go to a buddy of mine’s club volleyball team for an open gym just to get my feet wet. After 20 minutes of being on a court I forgot all about basketball and soccer. It was instant love, it was in that moment that I decided that volleyball was my true sport. So much so that I've chosen to dedicate myself 100 percent to improving myself on and off the court, to the exclusion of all other sports. On a daily basis I am improving my conditioning and with my club’s support, my knowledge and skill. I strive to be the best teammate I can possibly be on and off the court.
