I have played many other sports along the way until I encountered this journey of volleyball. Ever since I was little, I have always been around the sport and atmosphere of volleyball. Attending the University of Hawaiʻi volleyball games and watching my older siblings play the sport has really grown on me. As a current student athlete at a Native Hawaiian School, Kamehameha Schools Kapālama; this institution has held high values on their students. We as Warriors are driven in our academics and athletic programs. I hope to attend a college with values and expectations similar to Kamehameha Schools.
