My name is Lachezar Peev. I love volleyball and want to keep playing it forever. My collegiate and life goals are to play volleyball in college and then professionally afterwards, and I will do anything it takes to fulfill these goals. What makes me a good candidate for any team is I'm a natural leader and am able to lead my team to success no matter the situation, I am very competitive and that usually spreads to my team in a good way, and I am able to stay confident, calm, and cool-headed in stressful situations. Also, I'm a very fast learner so that leads me to improve quite fast. Something that separates me from other athletes is my volleyball IQ and always thinking and getting creative. My ability to play smart and creative volleyball has gotten me a lot of points. Something that separates me from other setters is that I play very aggressively and am not scared to try to make hard sets and setter dump. Also, I've had quite some experience playing a 5-1 formation (setting front row and back row), which has made me into a good blocker and an aggressive setter. Something that separates me from other athletes academically is, I'm not afraid to ask for help when I need it, I go to a very high academically demanding school and I'm still able to balance the schoolwork and the grades with my extracurriculars and volleyball.
