Personal Statement

I have decided that I am going to try a Trade school for Metalwork for the 2024-2025 School year.

I don't want to delete my profile as I trade school may not be for me, I will have to wait and see.

Thank you to all of the offers from all the schools, It was a very hard decision for me to go to trade school.

I love Water Polo as I train 6 days a week and I volunteer as a coach with the development team 2-3 days a week.

I grew up playing various sports like Ice Hockey, Baseball, Football and Soccer and that has helped me become an all around Athlete. For example, Ice Hockey taught me how to read plays and breakouts in a very fast environment and Baseball has taught me how to throw the Ball with great speed and accuracy (As a goalie, I have many many assists as I can bomb it down the pool on target).

I love to practice and I am always willing to help out my team mates if they are struggling. I think being vocal during the games and my confident playing style also makes me more valuable to my team. I have also built a lot of great friendships not just on my team, but also across the world with fellow Water Polo players that I have played with or against in Tournaments in the NCL, at the Junior Olympics or at the Pan Am Games.

Recent Highlights:

      1. I recently achieved my goal of making Team Canada's youth Notional Team and we placed 4th at the Pan Am Games in Brazil this year which qualified us for another event in 2024.
      2. I won a Bronze Medal at the NCL Championship.
      3. I filled in for Pride Water Polo Club U18 Futures Team and being down by 4/5 goals, my defence and I were able to shut them down and allow us to make the comeback and win the game which secured them a spot in the Super Finals.
      4. Placed 2nd in my Junior Olympics Qualifier with the U16 Pride Water Polo Club.
      5. Placed 9th playing for the u16 Pride Team in the Junior Olympics where we did beat the Silver medal team in round robin (Lost the tie breaker).

Thank for your time.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
