Personal Statement
Hello, I am Timmy. I have played water polo my whole life, since i was six years old. My dream since then has been to play through high school and play in college. I love water polo.
Most people feel burnout as time goes on, but I have set my goals so high, that I will never feel it. I encounter new challenges and new skills everyday that I have adapted into my game.
Also, I have been a straight A student my whole life. I have never had to miss practice for home work. I feel that time management has to be in perfect shape. There is no time for relaxing. Either I'm at practice or doing homework. Of course school comes first, but I make the choice to do my homework so that it doesn't interfere with sports.
Personally i hate when people miss practice, unless their injured, because you have made a commitment to not only the school or club, but also to the team. The people that you win and lose with, bleed and sweat with, learn and evolve with. You have to be there with them the whole time.
