William Aikens '22 Recruiting Profile

I developed a passion for my sport because of how it changed my life. I started Water Polo to get in better shape my freshman year and ended up falling in love with the sport.  Through dedication to train for Water polo I have turned my life around completely, and it is to this sport today that I owe my health. I am a hard worker who is both willing to learn, and very persistent.  I have a team mentality and am a good communicator who can think quickly and roll with the flow of the game.

This game has not only changed my physical health, but also improved my mental ability in regards to time management and academics. I learned how to adapt to the stress of a rigorous schedule and find success in both my sport and my academics. I am looking for both an athletic and academic program that can take me far both in and out of school.
