My main goals are to get into a division I/II engineering school, preferably in the West, to play college level water polo, and to continue to play and improve at water polo. My long term goal being to excel in the field of engineering after college and have the ability to continue to be a part of the water polo community..
I am a good candidate because I work hard towards my goals and I love to learn about assessing and improving myself and the world around me.
I am different than other candidates because I am very well rounded. I have a high GPA (3.97), and have hosted multiple exchange students from different parts of the world. I am in multiple accelerated classes (German, Science, and Math), play trombone in a local orchestra and in my school band. Some things I am proud to share: Winning first place in the state of Michigan in Science Olympiad for Air Trajectory (Engineering). Plus, I have a varsity letter in two sports (Water Polo and Crew) and won rookie of the year in both. In addition, I have made the USA water polo Midwest ODP team last school year and my club, Wolverine Water Polo, made it to JO's this summer.
I am very thankful for your consideration of me and I hope to learn more about the college admission process.
