Personal Statement
Hi, i’m Kalanie Blackwater, I am from a small town located in the navajo nation. I am interested to playing in the collegiate level for softball. I do not only do good on the field but in school because being a student athlete means being a student comes first. I play volleyball as well but i’m more interested to playing softball because it’s a sport that i’ve always loved since i was small. I try my best to be a leader on the field to help others with improving. I always try my best to be a leader and help others. Sometimes i get frustrated with the game but i always stay focused and have a positive attitude.
