And I know within every great team there will be someone who has to take the hits not only with a smile but with the right attitude. And I am that type of person who will be there when a teammate, the team or the coaching staff need that motivation, need a smile to make the race, the assignment, the day, the workout, themselves feel better. I aspire to be the best and work hard, and give my best efforts, but I also know that one person's very best is a fraction amount compared to the ability of the entire teams best performance. And that positive energy will only grow, and that's what it's all about growing and building yourself up day after day, to find that we are powerful beyond measure.
