Hi, my name is Leah Cook. I am a senior at Lakeside High School in Hot Springs, Arkansas. The reason I play softball is because is because I love the game. I love the game because it gives me a chance to put my passion for the game and my competitive spirit on show and into action. Softball means a lot to me. It's the way I forget the troubles that the world gives and I get to be in the world of softball.
I impact my team by my contagious competitive spirit and passion for the game. The drive I have to be great is not a thing most people have. I will do anything possible to be the best I can be. I am extremely coachable and whatever I am told I will do no matter the difficulty. I will add on to the strong culture that I'm sure that is already established in your program.
My goal is to play at the highest level I can. I want to major in something in the education field. I want to find a place that is not only a place that the coach inspires me everyday but also a place that I can inspire the people around me. I want to find the place that is a perfect fit in the campus and in the atmosphere that surrounds the campus and town.
